1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services of Autoservice Maier workshop in Bar, Montenegro.

2. Services

We provide repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles of all makes, including cars, motorcycles and ATVs. The exact services are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are in Euros. Payment is due after services are rendered. We accept cash and bank transfer.

4. Warranty

We provide a warranty of 12 months on all services we provide, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless mandatory by law.
